VOICES Film Festival changes the logo. Fixed camera-megaphone, which was the symbol of the festival for three years, is now being replaced by a new symbol, which reminds both a bow tie, a megaphone, and the main prize of the Festival.

On July 5th, the film "The Girl and Death" by dutch director Jos Stelling, will be shown after The Opening Ceremony. Jos Stelling and Leonid Bichevin will present the film.

The preliminary film screening of the 4th VOICES Film Festival will held on the 31st of May, 7 p.m.

"Faces of Vologda" — new approach to the VOICES' classic amateur short meter competition for local inhabitants.
Starting from the April 29th, VOICES will start accepting participation requests for this new form of artistic competition. And if at our first 3 editions, we were inviting people to talk about the region itelf, the new focus is made on men, women and children that live on this magnificent land.
